Alaskan Rhubarb Jam


This flavorful jam is made with only 3 indgredients- Rhubarb purée (rhubarb water), sugar, and pectin.

Tart and fruity, this rhubarb jam can be used in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to: spreading on a slice of toast, topping for ice cream, or a great almost glaze for salmon or seafood.
