Dogsled Scrimshaw Ulu

This ulu features a scene of a dogsled. Today, people from all around the world gather in Alaska to participate in the famous Iditarod Dogsled race. It is an annual long-distance race that takes place in early March and runs from Anchorage to Nome, Alaska. Mushers, along with a team of 14 dogs, cover the distance anywhere between 8-15 days, sometimes more.
